Terms of Service

1. The service

TCGHub is an online trading card pack opening platform. Users purchase mystery packs with wallet credit, open them with cryptographically verifiable randomness, and either ship the resulting physical cards or convert them to store credit at a pre-disclosed rate. Every pack displays its exact odds before purchase.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a resident of a permitted jurisdiction. We do not serve residents of Belgium, the Netherlands, or any jurisdiction where online pack opening is restricted by law.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gaming platforms or on any relevant regulatory exclusion list.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

We may request identity documents at any time to verify age, residence, or source of funds. We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification.

3. Purchases and wallet

• All purchases are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and stored internally as integer sen (1 MYR = 100 sen).
• Wallet credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Once credit is used to open a pack, the pack is considered consumed.
• A pack opening is final. The outcome of a pull is cryptographically committed before the pull resolves and cannot be reversed.
• If a transaction fails after payment was received, we will either credit your wallet or issue a refund through the original payment method.

4. Card fulfillment and shipping

• Cards in your vault remain our custody until you request shipping. They are stored in climate-controlled facilities.
• Once a shipping order is confirmed and the shipping fee paid, physical cards are dispatched within 14 business days. Carrier delays are outside our control.
• You may convert a vault card to store credit at the disclosed conversion rate. Conversion is final.
• Title to physical cards passes to you at the moment the carrier confirms delivery.

5. Responsible gaming

• You may set daily and weekly spending limits in your account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• You may self-exclude from the platform for a fixed period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen date.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to interact with the Service.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• Initiate a payment chargeback without first contacting support@gacha-oripa.com and allowing us 7 days to resolve the dispute. Improper chargebacks may result in account closure and recovery action.
• Attempt to manipulate odds, seeds, or inventory systems.
• Use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Trading card artwork is owned by its respective rights holders (Nintendo/The Pokémon Company, Bandai/Toei, etc.). We license or use these marks only as necessary to identify and sell the physical cards. Platform code, UI, branding, and content are the property of TCGHub and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you object, you may close your account and withdraw any unused credits in accordance with section 3.
