Responsible Gaming
Pack opening is entertainment. It should stay fun, affordable, and under your control. This page explains how to spot warning signs, the tools we provide to keep you safe, and where to get help if you need it.
Warning signs
Problem gambling rarely starts all at once. It tends to build slowly. Any one of the signs below, on its own, may not mean much — but if several feel familiar, it is worth taking action.
- You spend more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
- You open packs to escape stress, loneliness, or bad feelings.
- You chase losses — buying more packs to recover from disappointing pulls.
- You hide your pack-opening activity or transaction history from people close to you.
- You borrow money or sell possessions to fund pack purchases.
- You feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you try to cut back.
- Pack opening is interfering with work, school, relationships, or sleep.
Tools we provide
Spending limits
Set a daily or weekly cap on pack purchases. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period so that a bad moment cannot override a good decision.
Set a limit →Self-exclusion
Block your account from buying packs for 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the end date.
Apply for self-exclusion →Spending history
Every transaction is logged in your wallet history. Review monthly totals to keep your spending honest with yourself.
View history →Session reminders
Optional time-based reminders pop up every 30 or 60 minutes to prompt you to take a break.
Enable reminders →Help and resources

Concerned about someone else?
If a friend or family member is showing signs of problem gambling, the most helpful thing you can do is start a non-judgemental conversation. The counsellors at NCPG Malaysia (1-800-88-3425) can coach you through it and advise on next steps. Befrienders KL (+603-7956 8145) also supports family members of people with gambling difficulties.
For minors
This platform is strictly 18+. We recommend parental controls on the device level — most routers, phones, and operating systems include free tools to block adult services. If you believe a minor has accessed this site, email support@gacha-oripa.com and we will investigate immediately.
